Terms of Service

Terms governing use of Follevia’s formation-support platform, client portal and related services.

Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Follevia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for a company or another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide the relevant instructions and information.

2. Follevia’s service

Follevia provides digital company-formation support, document organization, workflow tools and related business-support resources. The exact services included in an order are the services displayed in the applicable checkout or order summary.

3. Not a government agency

Follevia is a private service and is not a U.S. government agency. Government filing decisions, processing times and records are controlled by the relevant public authority.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing names and filing details, maintaining access to your account and promptly notifying us of errors or changes that could affect an order.

5. Company-name availability

A preliminary name check is not a reservation or guarantee. Final availability and acceptance are determined by the applicable state or filing authority.

6. Processing estimates

Any processing time displayed by Follevia is an estimate based on the selected service and expected processing conditions. Government agencies and third parties may experience delays outside Follevia’s control.

7. EIN and federal matters

When an order includes EIN-related support, timing and issuance remain subject to IRS procedures and the accuracy and eligibility of the submitted information. Follevia does not guarantee a specific issuance date.

8. Registered-agent and address services

Where an order includes registered-agent or address-related services, their scope, term, renewal and permitted use are governed by the selected service and any applicable provider requirements. A registered-agent address is not automatically a general-purpose business mailbox.

9. Banking and third-party platforms

Follevia may provide organizational assistance or links relating to banks, fintech companies, payment processors and marketplaces. Each provider independently controls its eligibility rules, identity checks, account approval, restrictions and termination decisions. Follevia does not guarantee approval.

10. Fees and payments

You agree to pay the price shown at checkout for the selected services. An order may include Follevia service charges, government fees or third-party costs. Charges already incurred for a filing or third-party service may be non-refundable as described in the Refund Policy.

11. Taxes, law and professional advice

Follevia provides formation support and organizational tools, not individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. Tax obligations depend on facts such as ownership, residence, business activity, source of income and applicable law. Consult a qualified professional where needed.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use Follevia to submit false information, impersonate another person, evade lawful requirements, interfere with the platform, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or use the service for unlawful activity.

13. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding account access and for activity performed through your credentials. Notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.

14. Third-party services

Third-party products and websites are governed by their own terms. Follevia is not responsible for a third party’s independent decisions, availability or performance except to the extent required by applicable law.

15. Service availability

We may maintain, update, modify or temporarily restrict portions of the service for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons.

16. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided subject to applicable law and the specific commitments in your order. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Follevia is not responsible for losses caused solely by government decisions, third-party decisions, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or events outside Follevia’s reasonable control.

17. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and updated date will be published on this page.

18. Contact

Questions about these terms or an order can be submitted through Follevia support.
