Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellation and refund reviews work across formation services, government fees and third-party costs.

Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. Overview

Formation orders can involve Follevia service work, government filing fees and third-party services. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the stage of the order and which costs or work have already been incurred.

2. Before processing begins

If you request cancellation before Follevia has begun processing the order or incurred a government or third-party cost, contact support promptly. The order will be reviewed to determine the amount, if any, eligible for refund.

3. After preparation or processing begins

Once Follevia has begun preparing an order, reviewing submitted information, generating requested documents or otherwise performing the purchased service, some service charges may no longer be refundable.

4. Government filing fees

A government fee that has already been submitted, charged or otherwise incurred for your filing is generally not recoverable from Follevia unless the relevant authority returns that amount to Follevia.

5. Third-party services

Fees already incurred for registered-agent services, address services, expedited processing or another third-party service may be non-refundable according to the status of the order and the applicable provider’s terms.

6. Completed services

A service that has already been fully performed is generally not eligible for cancellation merely because the user later decides not to use the company, document or related service.

7. Filing rejection or name issue

A filing rejection does not automatically mean the entire order is refundable. Where practical, Follevia may request corrected information or help address a filing issue. Government or third-party fees already incurred remain subject to the rules above.

8. EIN timing

A delay in an EIN process does not by itself establish refund eligibility where the purchased EIN-related work has been performed and the matter remains subject to IRS processing.

9. Bank or fintech decisions

A bank, fintech, marketplace or payment processor declining an application does not make a formation order refundable. These providers make independent eligibility and approval decisions.

10. Duplicate or incorrect payment

If you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact support with the order information so the payment can be reviewed.

11. How to request a review

Contact Follevia support with your order ID, account email, reason for the request and any relevant supporting information. We may request additional details needed to identify the transaction and review the stage of the order.

12. Refund method and timing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method where technically available. Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time before the credit appears.

13. Chargebacks

Contacting support first gives Follevia an opportunity to investigate billing or service issues. Nothing in this policy removes any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

14. Policy changes

The policy in effect for an order will be considered together with the order details and applicable law. Material updates will be reflected on this page.

15. Contact

Refund and cancellation requests should be submitted through Follevia’s published support channel as soon as possible.
