Privacy Policy
How Follevia handles information across the formation workflow, client portal and support experience.
Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Follevia collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use our website, formation workflow, client portal and support channels.
2. Information you provide
We may collect your name, email, telephone number, country, residential or mailing address, company name, state of formation, business activity, ownership percentages, responsible-party details, signatures, formation instructions and information included in documents or support requests.
3. Account and transaction information
We may process account identifiers, portal activity, order status, selected services and payment-related records. Payment card information may be handled directly by our payment service provider rather than stored by Follevia.
4. Technical information
When you use the service, technical data may be generated such as device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, pages visited, referral information, cookies and security or diagnostic logs.
5. How we use information
We use information to provide and administer formation-support services; prepare and organize requested filings and documents; operate your client portal; communicate about orders and support; process payments; prevent abuse and secure the service; improve product performance; and comply with applicable legal or operational obligations.
6. Government filings and third parties
Information you ask us to use for a formation or related service may need to be transmitted to government agencies, registered-agent providers or other service providers involved in completing that request. Information filed with a public authority may become part of a public record according to that authority’s rules.
7. Service providers
We may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, payments and other infrastructure. These providers process information according to their own terms and applicable contractual or legal obligations.
8. Banking and external platforms
Follevia may provide links or organizational assistance relating to banks, fintech companies, marketplaces and payment processors. When you leave Follevia or submit information directly to a third party, that provider’s privacy policy governs its collection and use of your information.
9. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the platform and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations. Retention periods can vary by record type.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No online service, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
Follevia may use cookies or similar technologies for essential sessions, authentication, preferences, security and performance. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, although doing so can affect service functionality.
12. Your choices and requests
You may contact Follevia to ask questions about your account information or request an appropriate correction. Certain records may need to be preserved for security, transaction, legal or operational reasons.
13. International users
If you access Follevia from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Data-protection rules can differ between jurisdictions.
14. Children
Follevia’s company-formation service is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information through the service if you are not legally able to enter into the relevant transaction.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
16. Contact
Privacy questions can be submitted through the Follevia support page or our published support channels.
